how to launch
Launching a new product or service for the first time can be a non-linear journey. There’s a lot of learning on the fly, developing in real-time, and recalibrating when necessary. It’s crucial to have a knowledgeable, nimble team that has experience in this unique process as your partner.
From launching the first 3d printed running shoe, to the first shoe made to be remade and the first shoe made for women. Our specialty is knowing exactly how to support brands and creative teams in the ever-evolving journey to launch.
Kick off with a Miniac explainer session, telling you a little bit about us. We will ask lots of questions which will help us define your objectives and generate a bespoke approach for your brand.
Following the discovery phase, we'll build a unique scope of work with KPI's and deliverables. Then we'll organize a team of specialists best suited for the project.
We generally provide 2-3 rounds of strategic and creative based on your objectives. We'll provide project management and direction as well as production guidance on how to execute on the chosen direction.
Following approval at each previous phase, we'll head into production on the project – film, photo, experiential – followed by post-production until delivery.
We believe that our teams should represent
society and the market that our clients are
targeting. Which is why we assemble bespoke
teams that are inclusive and diverse.
“Decisions made and executed by diverse
teams delivered 60% better results.” —
