We helped adidas maintain its sustainability dominance with the launch of PRIMEBLUE UltraBOOST.
End Plastic Waste.
The largest sports brands are some of the largest plastic use offenders. In a race towards becoming carbon neutral by 2050, adidas launched PRIMEBLUE UltraBOOST, one of its best selling shoes by volume, made with Parley Ocean Plastic®. PRIMEBLUE was created to provide performance without compromise.
Miniac’s remit was to launch the shoe and increase perception of adidas as a leader in the fight against plastic. As well as create demand and sell-through of the brand’s broader set of sustainability products.

We elevated and told this story through CGI that helped us visualize the plastic-ending process in a way that real footage could never do. In the end, we told the story of how 11 million plastic bottles became one million shoes.
